Join ECO for a guided hike where we’ll photograph and document the plants and animals that call these wild places home, all in support of local science and research.Along the way, we might:- Measure, identify, and document large tree species- Set up game cameras and scout areas with animal activity- Photograph birds, insects, flowers, and plants- Observe and assess stream habitat through simple samplingAll observations will be shared with local conservationists and uploaded to iNaturalist, a free and easy-to-use app that connects everyday people with researchers and conservation projects around the world. All you need to participate is a phone or camera to take a few identifying photos.
